Great place, we were greeted warmly when we walked in. Promptly seated and served very quickly. Food was excellent. I had the Mozzarella sticks and a Gyro. Service was amazing. Samantha was our server and she was super attentive to us. Proactively offering to change my wife's soup when she saw that my wife wasn't eating it. The vibe was great. Highly recommend!!

My husband and I had the most delicious meal today at Delaware Cafe. We love the clean, new atmosphere and excellent service here. Today was not our first visit (we've had breakfast and sandwiches on other occasions) but it was our first Greek experience at Delaware Cafe. We were greeted and seated by the owner and after talking to him about his Greek roots (my heritage as well) we decided to try his Greek recipes. The chicken souvlakia and spanakopita platters did not disappoint. The Greek salad was topped with a big hunk of feta, drizzled with oil and fresh oregano...just perfect. Our sweet treats (baklava and rice pudding) were outstanding- fresh and delicious. We will be back soon for sure. So glad to have a such a great spot in Delmar.

Great food! Homemade dressing! If you like Greek food this is your lucky day. Everything is fresh and service was superior. Many gluten free options as well. Coffee is in a nice size mug, not a little one. Generous portions. Homemade tzatziki ,souvlaki, and grape leaves. Open for breakfast and lunch.

I found the Delaware Cafe when looking for a place to grab a quick bite and have a quick meeting in the Albany/Delmar area. I do not live in the area but have a business in Bethlehem and frequently have to meet customers for a quick meeting and lunch. I have found that good, fresh, homemade food is in short supply in the Albany area and therefore often avoid lunch. It's been along time since I've had such and amazing overall lunch experience in the Albany area. From the moment you enter this little cafe you are treated to a bright, modern and welcoming atmosphere, not to mention the great vintage photos of the town. My guest and I both had omelets and the amazing waitress recommended we try the corned beef hash. The food arrived quickly and was amazing and tasted so fresh and the hash was the best ever. The owner Ron came over and asked how everything was? I asked him what made the CBH so good and he stated that its made from scratch, nothing he makes comes from a can! This place is amazing! If you are in the Albany area and looking for an incredible place to go for lunch or breakfast, this is the only place i would recommend. The only downside is they aren't open for dinner.

I have lived in Delmar over 40 years waiting for a place like this to open. Long overdue. The place has been stylishly renovated with a modern upscale vibe. I had the best omelette in a very long time, fresh, moist and delicious. I have also eaten excellent gyros and souvlaki. The wait staff are the best—-polite, friendly and work seamlessly as a cooperative team. The owner runs a well oiled machine and his team seems very happy working with him. I am sure this restaurant will outlast the many that have tried in this location before. Kudos!

THANK YOU DELAWARE CAFE! What a delightful restaurant never disappointed! Everyone is busy doing a great job to ensure diners pleasure. They buzz around with enthusiasm and smiles on their faces. And the one who cleans and prepares the tables for the next party is worth his weight in gold he is entertaining to watch and impeccable at his job. Their menu has great variety. I haven’t had lunch yet. I’m a breakfast lover. I’ve thoroughly enjoyed their omelets (Greek & Florentine), Avocado Toast, Cinnamon Raisin French Toast and quiche. The sides are plentiful. They are the talk of the town and deservingly so. A very comfortable place for just coffee and a bite or more.

Just little place in Delaware Plaza that I wouldn't have found without Google. Our server Hailey was attentive and very nice. I highly recommend the corned beef hash.

Upscale cafe without upscale prices. A nice, clean, and new looking decor. Had a coffee and an English muffin. Coffee was on the strong side and excellent. The English muffin was thick and nicely toasted (not like the cheap thin ones). Served with a variety of jellies and butter. Service was very good. This place is a pleasant surprise in the Delaware Plaza.
